TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Indoor Laser Quest, Adults and Kids

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all indoor Laser Quest bookings, sessions and visits with Lazer Mania.

By booking, participating in any Laser Quest session or entering the venue as a spectator, all players and spectators agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

1. GENERAL TERMS

1.1 Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who breaches safety rules, behaves inappropriately or fails to follow instructions given by staff.

1.2 All players must attend the mandatory game briefing before entering the arena.

1.3 Any player who does not attend the game briefing may not be permitted to participate.

2. MANDATORY EQUIPMENT AND GAME INFORMATION

2.1 All customers must read the Equipment and Game Information page on our website before making a booking.

2.2 This information includes:

How laser tag equipment operates
Vest and phaser weight
Age, height and health restrictions
Arena rules and lighting effects
Game objectives and scoring system
Strobe lighting and sound effects warnings

2.3 By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and understood this information and accept the associated risks.

3. AGE, HEALTH AND ELIGIBILITY

3.1 Minimum age requirements apply and are strictly enforced.

3.2 Proof of age may be required.

3.3 Participants must be physically able to move freely in a dark, multi-level environment.

3.4 The experience includes flashing lights, fog effects and loud sounds.

3.5 Individuals with epilepsy, light sensitivity, heart conditions, severe asthma, mobility issues or similar medical conditions should consult a doctor before participating.

3.6 Pregnant individuals should not participate.

3.7 Participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver.

4. SAFETY AND CONDUCT RULES

4.1 For everyone’s safety, all players must follow the safety rules and instructions given by staff and marshals.

4.2 Running is not permitted.

4.3 Physical contact, pushing or rough play is not permitted.

4.4 Climbing on walls, scenery, barriers or arena structures is not permitted.

4.5 Covering sensors on vests or equipment is not permitted.

4.6 Deliberate damage or tampering with equipment is not permitted.

4.7 Failure to follow marshal instructions may result in immediate removal from the game without refund.

5. CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR

5.1 Participants must wear closed-toe shoes. Trainers are recommended.

5.2 Participants must wear comfortable clothing suitable for active movement.

5.3 High heels, sandals and flip-flops are not permitted.

5.4 Long hair must be tied back.

5.5 Dark clothing is recommended for the best gameplay experience.

5.6 Loose scarves, long coats or items that could catch on arena structures are not permitted.

6. ONLINE BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

6.1 All online bookings are non-refundable.

6.2 Once payment is made, sessions cannot be cancelled for a refund.

6.3 Rescheduling may be permitted at management’s discretion with sufficient notice.

6.4 No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

7. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

7.1 Players must arrive at least 20 to 30 minutes before their session time for check-in and briefing.

7.2 Late arrivals may miss their briefing and may not be allowed to participate.

7.3 Sessions will not be delayed for late arrivals.

7.4 No refunds or rescheduling will be offered due to lateness.

8. EQUIPMENT RESPONSIBILITY

8.1 Players are responsible for the care of issued equipment.

8.2 Any deliberate damage or misuse may result in charges for repair or replacement.

8.3 Equipment must be returned immediately at the end of each session.

9. BEHAVIOUR AND ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

9.1 Lazer Mania operates a zero-tolerance policy for:

Aggressive behaviour
Bullying or harassment
Abusive language toward staff or participants
Intoxication or drug use

9.2 Anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry without refund.

10. LIABILITY

10.1 Participation is at the player’s own risk.

10.2 The venue accepts no responsibility for injury unless caused by proven negligence.

10.3 Personal belongings are left at the owner’s risk.

10.4 Lockers may be available, but items remain the customer’s responsibility.

11. PHOTOGRAPHY AND CCTV

11.1 CCTV operates on the premises for safety and security.

11.2 Photography or filming may occur for promotional purposes.

11.3 By entering the venue, you consent to being photographed or recorded unless you notify staff in writing.

12. SPECTATORS

12.1 Spectators must remain in designated viewing areas.

12.2 Children must be supervised at all times.

12.3 The venue accepts no responsibility for accidents occurring outside designated safe areas.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

13.1 Lazer Mania is not liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control.

13.2 This includes, but is not limited to, power failure, equipment malfunction or government restrictions.

14. AMENDMENTS

14.1 Management reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

14.2 The most current version will always be available on our website.
