Booking Terms & Conditions

All of our bookings are non-refundable. Should fewer participants arrive to participate than were booked in, no refunds or credits will be made for any amount paid for their place.

Bookings can be arrange but a minimum of 24 hours notice is required.

Safety briefings are given at the start of the activity. Your safety is your responsibility and it’s your responsibility to follow safety instruction. We are not responsible for accidents which are due to your inappropriate or irresponsible behaviour. Parents/carers are responsible for making sure children follow safety instructions.

Booking Note:

Slots are 1 hour long so please arrive 10 minutes prior to the time book so you are ready to begin your session on time, if you have not arrived 15 minutes after the start time we will class that as a no show and no refund will be given.

To ensure your booking runs smoothly, please make separate bookings if you wish to book Go Karting and Laser Tag on the same day at different times.
For example:

• Go Karting at 11:00 AM

• Laser Tag at 12:00 PM

This helps us manage health and safety by controlling the number of participants.
